Tri-Ace and Sega revealed End of Eternity

Despite the single image reference - the new tri-ace/sega RPG is set in the real world and it’s called End of Eternity. Judging from the latest famitsu scans - the game looks and feel like Parasite Eve on steroids. Since I don’t read Japanese - I don’t know what the article is saying but does the title have any relation to Isaac Asimov ’s “End of Eternity”?
