Final Fantasy XIII - weapon customization feature revealed

After last week Final Fantasy XIII preview - Shonen Jump revealed more information regarding the weapon customization feature found in the upcoming Final Fantasy XIII. Though, most of the character will carry a base weapon - forming them with materials can result in a brand new ones - with stat changes, status effects and even visual appearance. The scans showed Lightning “Blaze Edge” and Snow “Slash Carbine”. Apart from the weapons, a brand new dungeon is also revealed in the magazine.

    yeap…not a surprise really - they hinted that the game might have a 4th quarter release date…but new theme song really took me by surprise…no more Nobuo Uematsu?

    yea that got me by suprise as well

    but nobuo did leave sometime ago if i’m not wrong
