Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection goes online!
Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection for the Playstation 3 is probably one of the best fighting game released this year but it wasn’t complete due to the lack of online play. Fans should be happy to hear the latest announcement that the PS3 downloadable game will indeed go online! Famitsu have spilled the beans on the online features in their latest issue.
The latest issue of Famitsu magazine has details on Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection with online versus play! With the cost of 2800 Yen(1000 Yen if you already downloaded the old version of Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection) you will be able to play FREE online versus matches with people all over the world! There will also be an online leaderboard that keeps track of player rankings! Also added will be practice and survival modes!

Now the only thing remaining is to go back and drill those combo to perfection and….wait for Virtual Fighter 5 to do the same?

The game is now available on the Japanese and Asian PSN but the US version will only hits later this months…

The online function require an update patch for the original T5: DR – but if you just purchase the game recently then the online feature should be included in the game…just select the online mode in the main menu and start fighting!
